Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

PSI Exams Prep provides practice questions, timed tests, explanations and progress tracking to help you prepare for professional licensing exams. The Service is for educational practice only.

2. No affiliation with PSI

PSI Exams Prep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSI Services LLC or any licensing board. “PSI” is used only to describe the exams our content helps you prepare for. Our questions are original practice material and are not actual exam questions.

3. No guarantee of results

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, but exam content, rules and state laws change, and we cannot guarantee that the Service is complete or error-free or that using it will result in passing any exam. Always confirm requirements with your licensing authority and official candidate information bulletins.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal — please don't share your account with others.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or redistribute our questions, explanations or other content;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service;
• attempt to bypass plan limits, access other users' data, or interfere with the Service's security or operation;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

6. Our content

The questions, explanations, design and software of the Service are owned by PSI Exams Prep and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation.

7. Free plan and Premium

The free plan is provided at no cost and may change over time. We plan to offer a paid Premium subscription in the future. If we do, pricing, billing, renewal and refund terms will be shown to you before you purchase and will form part of these terms. You will never be charged without explicitly choosing to subscribe.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSI Exams Prep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity or profits, arising from your use of the Service — including the outcome of any exam. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid us anything.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
